Select By Location

I have a question about the ARE_IDENTICAL_TO parameter for the Select By location Tool. If using this tool to select a line that is identical, does digitized direction matter? In other words, would two lines with the exact same vertices be considered identical if the order of their vertices was reversed?

I just did a quick check, and it appears ARE_IDENTICAL_TO means just that, identical.  I think the logic is that two lines with the same vertices but in different order are equivalent to each other but not identical to each other.
