Please, can someone help? Up till now, I have not been able to redeem my GISDAY2025 License software. I tried several times but kept displaying invalid code. And today is 17th January, what is the way out?
As a part of GIS day celebration, we received code to redeem three (3) individual ArcGIS for Personal Use licenses from ESRI. The last date to redeem the code is January 16, 2026. However, I am having trouble redeeming the code. It is showing as invalid code whenever I am trying. Please help.
Can I share my personal licenses found as swag for event organizers with anyone?
Hi GIS Day team, could you please update your popup formatting to remove the time portion of the datetime field? It's confusing to have two different times and users may accidentally attend events at the wrong time- Thanks, Amanda Huber
I registred a GisDay event on 14th November, and I still have not received the 5 free licenses. The email that I used to subscribe for the event was pubclarice@gmail.com. I contacted ESRI support by email (gisday@esri.com) and I haven't received any answer. I would like to know when I will receive them.
We registered for the GIS day event and we did not get any ESRI donation for our local community in terms of licences.

This issue could be specific to Esri users in India.
