Visualize feature labels on map for a reference layer in Survey123 field app

Question

Hello,

we set up a survey to collect infringements.

the surveyor will move around properties and report with Survey123.

I have a map that contains the footprint of each property and this shows correctly.

Now, the client would like to visualise labels with the property No. and while I can see them in the Map Viewer, when I move to the field app (or in the map in Connect) labels are not visible.

Do I make mistakes or is this by design?

are you using the web Viewer or the field app?

Now that I opened the survey in the web viewer I can see the labels but I cannot see them in the field app.

I also checked if there is a visibility range and I tried different sizes, I also filtered the labels just the reduce the number but no, no labels in the field app.

Check your map settings. We have a similar form, and feature labels show up in the embedded form maps just fine.

Maybe try decreasing the font size? Or double checking that there isn't some kind of scale-based visibility limit?
