APR with ArcGIS Server Enterprise (10.8)

We'd like to know which version of Location Referencing for Server to install with ArcGIS Server Enterprise (10.8) when we are trying to enable APR. The documents say "All required Pipeline Referencing services are available in ArcGIS Enterprise" but not sure which is the right one.

At ArcGIS Server Enterprise (10.8), additional software install is NOT needed to enable Linear Referencing capability when publishing. The only additional install is for ArcGIS Event Editor web app that can be downloaded from My Esri.

To summarize:

APR extension - ArcGIS Pro: no additional install, APR functionality is activated with Location Referencing license.
APR extension – ArcGIS Server: no additional install, APR functionality is activated with Location Referencing license. Install and deploy Event Editor web app on the application/web server.

We actually are authorizing the location referencing services at a per user level. Given that, do we need to add any additional licenses/authorization in this case?

Assuming you have authorized your ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 licensing (GIS Server) with Location Referencing Solutions and you are leveraging ArcGIS Pro to publish your LRS services then there is no separate installer for the LRS Services for ArcGIS Server.

If you are planning to model event data in your enterprise LRS and wish to leverage our ArcGIS Event Editor web application for production event management then you can download the stand-alone installer from My Esri.
