Add a COGO Traverse widget that supports true curves to the Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS.
This would get us one step closer to a complete web browser editing workflow.

This will be implemented as a WAB widget for the Sept. release of ArcGIS for Local Government.

Dashboards are visual displays that are used to present data in an easy-to-understand format. Editing workflows aren't really a good fit for this product. As noted in other comments, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder might prove to be the better option.
