Hi
I have just installed the latest version of WAB Developer and when you create an app, there are not themes!! Does anyone know what might be wrong?

Strange. I almost never use IE so I can't say if it is just your issue or a WAB 2.14 issue. Best to contact tech support if it still has issues after you try my previous recommendation.
Thanks for your reply. Interestingly, I thought I would just check it in chrome rather than ie and it worked fine!

Normally this means you got a bad download/install. Delete the whole WAB 2.14 folder and re-download form esri site and try again.
