ArcGIS Online is not showing my related table by feature selection.

I have a one feature to many records that I built relationship classes for in a geodatabase in ArcMap. When I select a feature in ArcMap the related table opens up. This does not work right in ArcGIS online. Instead, when I click on a feature in ArcGIS online and click on "Show related records" it list all the tables in the map that I have to pick from instead of opening the table that is linked to that feature...Why? How can I fix this? Help please.
