Ability for alias names configured in MXD to be viewable while building query in Roads & Hwys - RCE

ArcGIS Server - Roads & Highways Extension - Roadway Characteristics Editor (RCE) enhancement request. When building a query in RCE, the query builder window displays the true column names from the table of a given event layer or route layer. The usability of the existing query tool would be enhanced if it displayed the column names based on the alias names established in the MXD/map service rather than the 'raw' table column names. For many RCE editors or non-editor users, the database column naming standards may not be intuitive enough for ease of use. Having user-friendly column names, which is the purpose of the alias naming function in ArcMap) would help the DOT community better utilize the Roads & Hwys software. Request based on experience with 10.2.2 patch 1 and earlier versions.
