Edit mode being able to pick edit tools

In Web AppBuilder it would be nice to control which edit tools are available. There are process via the web when we only want our editors to split/cut polygons and not create new ones. Therefore it would be great to be able to pick what edit tools are available on the standard edit tool bar in the Web AppBuilder template.

In addition, Edit widget could have more edit tools like "Parallel" option while splitting. Today one has to take a cut location on both sides of a polygon, instead can use parallel to one edge.
