Allow pasting of x/y values when editing sketch properties.

Curently when editing the x/y values of a vertex in the Edit Sketch Properties window you must type the value in. It would reduce input error if these values could be pasted in from the clipboard.

It would also be nice if you could tab between values.

Offered in ArcGIS Pro- pasting values and tabbing between values is supported.
