Previous Extent Button on WAB

I would like there to be a "previous extent" button on the Web Appbuilder.  My end users have no means to return to the previous extent other than to attempt to find it themselves. 

I would also like a measuring tool that mimics the behavior of the WebADF product.  Specifically the ability to view the last segment length as well as a running total length.  The ability to cancel a previously measured segment would be nice as well.
