Allow organizations to import their custom metadata style into ArcGIS online (similar to ArcCatalog).

Metadata style defines available metadata items as well as how metadata are displayed in ArcGIS online.

I'd appreciate a clarification about this request. The reference to "style" suggests this request is for custom style sheets to allow user-specified formats for the display of ArcGIS metadata. But the reference to "importing" suggests the desire may actually be to allow importing of metadata documented with other (i.e., non-ArcGIS) schemas, for example ISO 19139.
