Collector App: select by box or polygon

The option to select features in a webmap by delineating a box or polygon in the Collector App, as an alternative to tapping in one location with your finger, would be beneficial. We often have many overlapping layers and it seems like tapping with the finger does not bring up all of the results. It just would be useful in general though, for a more encompassing spatial search when looking for layer details.

- And be able to click on a parcel polygon (include option to use a positive or negative buffer amount) to drill down with too. This would be a great improvement for Collector and Web AppBuilder (built-in widget).
