Recalibrate Route Downstream checkbox

In Roads & Highways Desktop, when editing a route or calibration point, there is a checkbox on most dialog boxes that allows the user to toggle a 'recalibrate route downstream' function on or off. This checkbox is checked-on by default. In working with multiple users, it has been found that in most cases, the user unchecks this box because downstream calibration is not desired. Can the compiled code in Rds & Hwys desktop be modified to 'uncheck' this box by default?
