Ability to hide columns in attribute grid in RCE

Provide ability for users to 'hide' columns in grid view within RCE, so that relevant columns could be more easily viewable on screen. It is understood that there is the ability to hide columns as part of the map service. However, there are some required fields that need to be exposed within the map service. This ability would further simplify the user experience within RCE.

I have a vague memory that this was to be supported as part of R&H on Pro. I believe it was mentioned during an RHUG and the discussion was around the ability of leveraging Portal to allow individual users to save specific map settings (hiding columns, changing symbology, etc.). Does anyone else remember this?
