In AGOL Allow Users and Publishers to Use the Embed Web Map Function

Currently in order to access the "Embed in Website" function for a web map, the user must have the permission to share content with everyone (public). We need all users and publishers to be able to access the "Embed in Website" function.

Within our organization, only Administrators can make content public. However the users and publisher retain ownership of their content after it's made public by an Administrator. After it's made public, Users and Publishers have the need to embed their web maps, but can't unless they ask an Administrator to generate the code for them. I don't believe this has always been the case and it would be nice to allow it again.

Suggestion for how to allow it: make this function a check box option within the custom roles. Thanks.
