ArcGIS for Server De-authorization Visibility on My Esri

There is no mechanism on My Esri portal for registering license de-authorization for ArcGIS for Server and in large institutions with many departments it may lead to confusion as to the number of available licenses. So it would be a good idea to introduce such mechanisms, to help track which licenses are no longer in use, just as it is possible for ArcGIS for Desktop.
