Like we had overposting in Arc/Info. Very handy. Also the ability to exclude an area (maybe based on a feature) from labelling as it may exist in an enlargement.

I've been working on some maps in ArcGIS 10 that have very crowded features that all require labeling. Even with Maplex labeling, I don't see any solution to having ArcMap autolabel and draw a leader line to the feature. This would be a great addition to future versions. Promoted.
