Add ability to Center on Selection and Filter

I would like to ask to add the ability to Center on Selection and Filter for a copy of feature layer in a web map in ArcGIS Online.

I add a feature layer to a new web map I then create a copy of the layer in the web map. When I open an attribute table of the layer copy I cannot use options Center on Selection and Filter, see copy.png. This options are only able for original feature layer, see original.png.
