ArcGIS Online: 1-click Map Notes

Currently, for our published ArcGIS Online web maps, general users (not signed into ArcGIS Online) have to go through multiple steps to add map notes. It would be helpful if a simple 1-click tool was available in the default viewer without having to know how to modify map, add map notes, then edit map notes. This is a barrier to non-GIS users using our maps. It also creates a problem when users take a snapshot of the map, and bring it into another application to add notes, then email that snapshot, and the graphics get shifted because they are not tied together. It seems like a basic function that is buried.
