I would like to see a coordinate tool that performs a dynamic coordinate conversion. The tool should be configured based on the content of PRJ file (i.e. the tool must accept the prj file as a customized coordinate system and WKID as optional). The reason is because most of construction companies need to have costume coordinates systems for their projects and the customized coordinate system has no WKID but has a specific . PRJ file.
