Closing due to inactivity and lack of engagement by the community. This idea can be re-open with more details. Aside: If a service layer has a definition query set to something like 'myfield = CURRENT_USER' , applications using that layer should respect it automatically.

@JulioGaspar1 Is this request for security reasons (i.e. the logged in user is not supposed to see all rows), or simply a way to de-clutter the dashboard (i.e. there is a lot of information that the logged in user is not interested in).
