how to authorize arcgis pro

Question

ive downloaded ArcGIS Desktop for home use. Successfully installed and have desktop up and running. However, when I attempt to open Pro, it prompts me to sign in online and gives an error message that Pro is not authorized with my account. How do I authorize Pro?

That would probably be the case if you don't belong to an organization, nor do you need to access anywhere else except your machine.  So if you are working on your machine, have an AGOL account and intend to work on that machine, my interpretation that would be it.  The licensing has changed recently and there is more help within the general area of the installation help topic

Thanks for the reply Dan. When I attempt to go through the authorization process, it states that all products are authorized on this machine.
