Customize Keyboard Shortcut for ANY potential command/tool

I use keyboard shortcuts to switch between tools quickly during editing.

I would love to be able to set up keyboard shortcuts for "Change Segment to..." for line editing.
I currently have to select a line, edit vertices, right-click, hover over 'Change Segment', select type (e.g. bezier).
I'm cleaning up Centerlines for our entire County, so a shortcut would save me a great deal of time.

Also, I'm not sure why this isn't already around, but I'd like to see a keyboard shortcut for the 'Identify' function.
It would be nice to minimize clicks when switching between Identify & Select.
