When creating a Feature Layer (hosted, view) from a Feature Layer (hosted) the description, disclaimer and credits do not copy to the newly created view. Change this as an option to automatically populate this metadata to the newly created view.
Entering metadata is such a pain in the neck, having to do it twice on the parent layer and any Views created from the parent layer is mind bogglingly annoying. I can't believe this idea hasn't been implemented. Definitely gets my vote.
