It would be very helpful if one could reference a URI/URL to a SQLite/Geopackage data source in ArcGIS Pro similar to how Raster Proxy files utilize the GDAL visicurl libraries via the OptimizeRasters tool. This would allow a user to place a file on S3 or DropBox and thus make ArcGIS projects very portable.
