Allow the near me widget to utilize network resources, such as a ArcGIS for Server Network Analyst service, to search by driving time or driving distance, instead of a buffer.
Upvoting. Our use case: Department of Mental Health would like to create a user-friendly app for any member of the public or their staff to look up mental health providers within a distance of an address or school. They would like the buffer distance to be based on drive time, rather than a buffer.
This seems like such an obvious idea. Now sure how this has not been implemented in 4 years. Drive times are such a big part of GIS site selection and analysis. Let's go ESRI.
