It would be nice if the Attribute Window would follow the same appearance rules as set in the attribute table regarding viewing coded value domain and subtype descriptions.
In ArcGIS Pro, if the attribute table is set to not show the descriptions, I see the raw value in both the table and the Attributes pane:
When it is set to show the descriptions, the display is consistent between the table and Attributes pane:
