Geoid Model import inside ArcPad for reat time correction

It would be nice for ArcPad to input a geoid model instead of using a single geoid seperation value.  Topcon's field tools allows this to happen inside ArcPad but Trimble does not have this solution for its ArcPad.  Can ESRI create this calculation inside ArcPad instead of only allowing seperation values.  If this cannot be done inside ArcPad can ArcMap run this type of calculation after points have been collected with just an ellipsoid height?

There were comments previuously with regard to the request to have geoid models avaialble as input into ArcPad for MSL application and real time height data. Is there already an option for that?
