Downgrade mxd version in batch mode

It would be nice that Arc Catalog could be able to export in batch mode downgraded mxd projects for example 10 to 9.3.1

Yes, please update this request for 10.4 to 10.3 OR a stand-alone utility (or batch script) that is not current version dependent (i.e. installed).
