Adding building heights to DEM

Hi Everyone,

I was hoping that someone might be able to help me. I am trying to do a viewshed analysis using archaeological data, but the problem is that I want to include hypothetical heights for the fortification walls around a settlement, so that my viewshed analysis takes this into account.

How do I go about adding these heights to my dem?

Add the structures, and extrude the base heightsis for visualization, but I suspect you are looking for a multipatch and the sections to read are on intervisibility and sight lines in this general area
