Language Settings

It would be very useful to be able to tell Web AppBuilder apps to use a specific language, or be able to change it on the fly - rather than drawing it from the browswer settings. Governments that need to provide products and services in multiple languages would benefit from this greatly.

Agreed, we have a multi language organisation running portal with English language browsers. since teh webmap is in a certain language, the application should always match.
