Moveable identify window (ArcGIS Server Javascript API)

Hi

I have implemented an identify window for a polygon layer in a Javascript API that I have developed but my users find it frustrating that they are not able to move the identify window itself as it always covers the polygons they are interested in.

It would be great if when the identify window pops up, the user can drag the window around the map.
