Enable custom widget access in AGO Web AppBuilder

Would like to find a way to provide AGO WAB (non-dev) users access to using custom widgets, without using WAB developer edition.

Can esri incorporate a section of "beta" custom widgets developed from the user community into the AGO WAB (non-dev) interface?

If widgets are hosted on an organization's own webserver, would it be possible to include a pointer to the custom widget, that would enable it to be used in an AGO WAB (non-dev) app?

this is a great idea!!!!! I would like to be able to develop custom widgets for my organization and share them out for other GIS staff to use in web app builder without having to have our own Web server.
