These steps should be helpful for anyone needing to clear profile and deauthorize
Reset your ArcGIS for Desktop user profile
- Save your data and any tools or customizations that are saved in
C:\Users\<yourusername>\Documents\ArcGIS (%USERPROFILE%\Documents\ArcGIS)
%APPDATA%\ESRI\Desktop10.2 (%APPDATA%\ESRI\Desktop10.2) (or whatever version) - Delete
C:\Users\<yourusername>\Documents\ArcGIS (%USERPROFILE%\Documents\ArcGIS)
Delete C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.2 - Run "regedit" and delete the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\ESRI key for any login accounts
Purge the old EVA authorization fulfillments
(Authorized licenses from "Trusted Storage")
So pretty simple to clear out the expiring 10.3 authorization. And, you may find that the "new" authorization code you needed to use for the 10.1 role back is still valid--just activate it and use it to Authorize 10.1 for the year.
