The ArcGIS 10 Service Pack 1 (Desktop) Load Objects Command Patch is now available for download from the ArcGIS Resource Center. The download URL is http://resources.arcgis.com/content/patches-and-service-packs?fa=viewPatch&PID=160&MetaID=1730

This patch addresses an issue introduced at 10.0 Service Pack 1 that caused the Load Objects Command to crash ArcMap.
