On 6.9., Esri is starting again a free online training "Do-It-Yourself Geo Apps"<\/A>. I can highly recommend this MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) to you. You will get a very good overview of how you can realize your own Geo Apps with ArcGIS. Many of the modules do not require programming experience, so they are also aimed at power users. Additionally, you can manage your time quite freely and receive a certificate of participation at the end.<\/P>
