The Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS<\/A> is a ready-to-use application for creating focused ArcGIS Web Apps using intuitive widgets and tools. With Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS, you can host your own Web Apps on ArcGIS Online or your own server and use them on any device. With the Developer Edition, developers can create custom widgets and themes.<\/P>

Version 2.1 of the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Developer Edition is now available for

download<\/A>. It includes all the new features of the June 2016 updates<\/A> of the embedded version on ArcGIS Online. In short - there are seven new widgets, many existing widgets have been enhanced, and there are more options for designing and attributing your own Web Apps. Some of the new widgets can be tried out in this StoryMap<\/A>.<\/P>

For developers, new options have been added, e.g.:<\/P>

• Support for Feature Actions<\/LI><\/UL>

       In widgets or popups, special actions can be triggered for individual features or groups of features,       e.g., "Zoom to<\/EM>" or "Export to CSV<\/EM>".
