Together with the Berlin Senate Department for Economics, Energy and Enterprises and the DAI-Laboratory of TU Berlin, Cisco is now calling for the idea competition "Smart City Berlin – Ernst-Reuter-Platz." According to the company, the competition endowed with 30,000 euros<\/STRONG> is aimed at students and startups from Berlin. They are to develop ideas from existing data that make living, working, or traffic on site better for everyone. Participants have until December 17, 2017, to submit their solutions. According to Cisco, the winners will be announced in January 2018.
