I need to digitize the tourist map attached.
It is a map that will serve cyclotourists who will venture into the Valle di Campotto(FE), station of the Po Delta Park.
My idea was to use ArcGIS online indicating the routes and points of interest so that a cyclist can follow, with smartphone and GPS, the route most suitable for them.<\/P>
For the web application I was thinking of the one called "cromato - twitter" so that a tourist has the possibility to tweet or geotag images using a hashtag linked to the map itself. (e.g.: #vallicampotto)<\/P>

I wanted to ask:
1) Is it possible to also use Instagram? That is, a tourist who takes a photo with instagram and tags it with a particular hashtag, can they see it displayed on the map?<\/P>
2) Can there be a control over what is posted? E.g.: if offensive images or comments are posted, is it possible to remove the marker and the related tweet?<\/P>

3) Assuming my budget for doing this is 0.00AC <\/STRONG>, does anything else come to mind that could be added that might be useful for a cyclotourist or nature tourist?<\/P>
