Hello all,
When users try to draw line in the survey app(mobile), it will be more likely to be un-straight line as they are using their fingers. Is there any way to let users draw straight lines only?

It sounds like you want to use the vertex method of line collection (instead of the default sketch method) - see Geotrace and geoshape—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation for more details. Vertex will allow the collection of a line by specifying the vertices (where direction changes), making it easier to collect straight segments.
