Survey123 property("username") sometimes null

Question

I've noticed that some rows have a null for the question that uses the property("username") function.  It is inconsistent and not specific to one user.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  We use the username in conjunction with the pulldata function and a csv to auto-populate some other questions.

Hi James,

My coordinators confirm they are using Android.  We have some Alcatel A30 9024W (tmobile), ZTE Android phones and Samsung tablets.  No one using iOS.

Hi Deena,

Do you have any information about the devices being used? There is an issue on iOS devices regarding the login information being lost when network connectivity is lost.
