Update survey form from Survey123 Connect -- Save data

Question

Dear Survey123 community, I need help to update my Survey form from Survey123 Connect to ArcGis Online.

When I want to publish the new form, I have a warning : all data could be lost.

So, I would like to save data. I know I can export it in Geodatabase (FGDB). But, next step, if all data are lost, how can I put this FGDB in my new survey layer? Or how can I put the features from my FGDB into my new survey layer?

This will work on Related tables just fine.  Just append in like the layer.

Thank you for your answer @Doug, this is ok for the layer. It's not ok for the related tables... Because my Survey contain Repeats (Begin repeat / end repeat) that generate related tables.

In ArcPro just use an Append like any other transfer from Feature Class to Feature Class.  The thing here is preserving GlobalIDs.  There is a setting for that now I Pro I read.

ArcMap is tougher since you have to check out a copy, append, then check back in.
