I have this problem every single time Windows 10 has an update. The last time, I was able to turn off my print spooler and work in ArcMap, however I obviously couldn't print anything. I've read that there seem to be a large number of folks having this same problem (application gets hung at launch) and I'm curious if anyone has come up with a solution? Even if it's temporary until the next Windows update, if there is something else I can do so I can actually get into my projects and work, I'm willing to do so.
