I have been looking at the following email notification https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/11/30/a-simple-e-mail-notification-system-for-survey123-for-arcgis and I was wondering would it be possible to include a report of the record submitted as an attachment in the code so that the recipient receives the report of the record submitted also in the email.

Hi John,
This is not currently possible with the out of the box solution in web app or field app. However this is something we are working on and by using webhooks you may be able to create a workflow that meets what you require via email.
