On this page, Supported environments—ArcGIS Maps for Power BI | Documentation it states that:

*This version of ArcGIS Maps for Power BI supports only version 10.7.1 of ArcGIS Enterprise in an online environment

What exactly does that mean? What requirements are there on the Enterprise environment for Power BI to work?
