Survey 123 submission not triggering Microsoft Flow?

Hello Everyone,

I am having some issues with the submitting and triggering part of Microsoft Flow. I have a simple submit survey, get email flow but I have found it is only working on some devices. When I try it on my desktop and an Ipad Air 2, the flow works as it should. But, when I try on my personal Ipad Air 3 and my clients try on their Samsung Tablets, the flow is not triggered. Is anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi Adam,

Are you using the same version of Survey123 app on your personal device and clients devices? Also do you have the latest version of the survey downloaded on the device after the webhook was added? If not the webhook information may be missing from the downloaded survey.
