Exporting animation stops part way through

I'm trying to export an animation to MP4 in ArcGIS Pro. It's 1 minute 20 seconds long, 2401 frames. Every time I set it to export it stops at 631 frames. It's just doing nothing. Does anyone know what could be causing this?
