Login to site with Internal SSL Certificate

Question

We have a test portal setup that uses internal SSL certificates. I have loaded the certificate on my iPhone and turned on the Trust Settings. When I attempt to login using the iPhone and Mobile App i get the following:

Is there an issue using Internal Certificates and Esri apps? I am having the same problem with Workforce as well.

Or is it beacuse we are using the fully qualified domain name for the portal rather than https://webadaptorhost.domain.com/webadaptorname

I has the cert set to manually trust on the iPhone, however I still could not login. I just moved the info i needed to our production box and will deal with the certificate another day. Thanks for your help.

Hi Gary,

Can you double-check that the certificates are trusted for SSL use on the iPhone (this is a separate step - see Trust manually installed certificate profiles in iOS and iPadOS - Apple Support )?  The server named on the certificate must also match the name you use on the entry screen.
