Data Collection - Survey123 or Collector for ArcGIS

I have a project which where I would like to administer a survey that consists two parts – 1^stare demographic questions on respondents and then 2^ndpart are questions that collect data on feelings of safety and well being about locations that respondents pass through on their everyday commute to work.

 

I have been thinking whether Collector for ArcGIS or Survey123 would do and have played around with Survey123 for the demographic aspects but have been unsuccessful to integrate map-based questions. On the other hand Collector for ArcGIS doesn’t allow me gather these demographic survey questions.

 

I was wondering if there is a way around this.

Hi Anthonia,

Have you considered using both apps? You could start with Collector to map out the respondents commute, then link to Survey123 to collect the demographic data. Please take a look at this blog,
